Chris Sibbald

Chris Sibbald is a Partner and Managing Director at FGS Global since November 2019 and serves as a Board Trustee for the National Galleries of Scotland, appointed in November 2020. In addition, Chris holds the position of Director for both the Trading Board Company and the NGS Foundation, overseeing commercial ventures and capital fundraising for the National Galleries. Chris is also a member of the Scotland Council for The King's Trust, contributing to youth creativity initiatives. Previous experience includes advisory roles for the Scottish Government during the Covid-19 pandemic and as a member of the Chief Transformation Office at Tesco Bank. Chris has a strong background in strategic communications, having been part of the founding team at Charlotte Street Partners, and has provided research support to the House of Commons. Educational qualifications include a MA (Hons) in History from the University of Glasgow, ongoing professional development at Cambridge Judge Business School and the University of Edinburgh Business School, and a summer program at BPP Law School.
