Kal Goldberg

Kal Goldberg is a seasoned communications strategist with extensive experience in advising on M&A, restructuring, investor relations, shareholder activism, IPOs, ESG, litigation, and crisis management. Currently serving as a Partner at FGS Global since June 2022, Kal previously held the position of Partner at Finsbury Glover Hering from July 2014 to October 2022, where guidance was provided to management teams and boards on communications strategies during complex financial and corporate situations. Earlier experience includes a progression through senior roles at FTI Consulting Strategic Communications from August 2005 to June 2014. Kal holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
