Laurence Hollobon

Laurence Hollobon serves as the Head of HR at FGS Global, specializing in strategic communication advisory since October 2022. Previously, Laurence held the position of Head of Human Resources for Liberty Steel Continental Europe & Alvance at GFG Alliance, overseeing HR for over 15,000 employees across several European countries. As the founder and director of Humanida Ltd, consulting and training for HR and leadership teams was a key focus. Laurence's extensive experience at Bel included roles such as Europe HR Lead and HR Director for the Middle East and Greater Africa, where major HR transformations and cultural engagements were prioritized. Earlier career roles included HR Manager at Parfums Christian Dior and Director at Transformance, along with valuable experience in career management consulting at SWEN Synergie and strategic change consulting at PwC Consulting. Laurence earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from ESCP Business School.
