Tom Grant

Tom Grant is currently the Director of Risk and Crisis at FGS Global, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this role, Tom gained extensive experience in the communications and marketing field, including positions as Senior Account Director and Associate Director at Instinctif Partners from 2022 to 2025. Tom’s career began with internships at various firms, including CEDR and Infinite Spada, and they developed their expertise further at Headland Consultancy, where they progressed through multiple account management roles from 2017 to 2018. Tom holds a degree in Combined Arts, English, History, and International Relations from Durham University, which they completed in 2017.
