Tricia Engle

Tricia Engle is a Partner at FGS Global since July 2023, specializing as a political operative with expertise in navigating complex government processes to provide strategic solutions for global corporations, non-profits, and government officials. Engle has extensive experience in the United States Senate, serving as the Assistant Secretary for the Majority from July 1997 to September 2023, where responsibilities included advising Senate leadership and facilitating legislative processes. Previous roles in the Senate include Senior Floor Director for Senator Chuck Schumer, Floor Assistant to Democratic Leaders Harry Reid and Tom Daschle, and initial positions in cloakroom staff and as a staff assistant. Engle holds an MA/MBA in Government and Business from The Johns Hopkins University and a degree from South Dakota State University.
