Putri 'Aqilah Abdul Rafee is an experienced talent acquisition and employer branding professional currently working at FGV Holdings Berhad since April 2024. Prior to this, Putri held the position of Team Lead Recruitment at SJMC (Subang Jaya Medical Centre) from May 2023 to May 2024, where responsibilities included creating a talent pool for various divisions through collaboration with hiring managers and external partners. From June 2018 to May 2023, Putri served as an Organizational Design Executive at KPJ Healthcare Bhd, focusing on supporting group-level operational design initiatives. Earlier roles included HR Recruiter & Projects Executive, where Putri managed end-to-end staffing processes, and HR Payroll Executive, ensuring payroll data accuracy.
