Victoria Hernandez

As the chief administrator of FHE Health’s nursing department, Mrs. Hernandez manages, directs and oversees the nursing services that our detox and residential patients receive during their time with us. Roughly 20 years of service in specialty settings, including female health, acute care, trauma and cardiac step-down and primary care medicine, have equipped Victoria with both breadth and depth of experience in caring for patients with excellence. During this time, she has spent the last 10 years working in the full continuum of addiction substance abuse treatment.

In her role leading and managing our nursing staff, Mrs. Hernandez strives to share and encourage a vision for being “part of someone’s life improvement.” She also leads by example, delivering this quality care with compassion and empathy. During her tenure at FHE Health, Victoria has is working to improve the flexibility of our delivery of nursing services, so that these dynamic processes work more efficiently to meet patients’ individualized treatment needs. At the end of the day, Mrs. Hernandez’ biggest passion is the same: to help the patients we serve so they feel truly cared for.
