Outreach Team

The Outreach Team at FHE Health is dedicated to building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, alumni, and community partners. The team works to extend support and resources to former patients through alumni outreach, while national outreach liaisons focus on promoting FHE Health's services and forging strategic partnerships across the country. Additionally, the Shatterproof Community Liaison Lead collaborates with the Shatterproof organization to enhance community engagement and advocacy efforts.
