Karin Banks

Karin Banks brings more than 20 years of experience in financial management working for several government contracting companies, in support of the United States Department of Defense (DOD) and with various agencies within the National Institutes of Health (NIH). As Finance Director at FHI Clinical, she leads a team responsible for budgeting, forecasting and financial management of government contracts.

Prior to joining FHI Clinical, Karin spent 9 years working at Social & Scientific Systems (now DLH Holdings) as a Business Operations Manager overseeing multiple IDIQ contracts, each with a value >$100M. Karin worked closely with the operations team as well as executive leadership in support of reaching company revenue goals. Karin was a Senior Project Control Analyst at CSC (now GDIT) for 12 years, supporting various DOD contracts and projects. She is experienced in the full cycle of financial contract management from budgeting and forecasting to contract close-out.

Karin holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
