Carmen Vega-Ingram

Carmen Vega-Ingram has extensive experience in human resources and workers' compensation management, currently serving as the Workers Compensation Lead and Workers Compensation Specialist at FHI since April 2007. In this role, Carmen manages the administration of the workers' compensation program, ensuring timely reporting of claims to the insurance carrier. Previously, Carmen worked as a Human Resources Generalist, overseeing various HR functions including hiring practices, employee relations, and policy administration. Before FHI, Carmen was the Human Resources Manager at Pendergraph Management, where responsibilities included processing payroll for 100 employees and managing payroll deductions and contributions. Carmen holds an MBA and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Western Governors University.
