Jamie Polk, M.HROD, serves as the Senior Vice President of HR, Safety, & Steel Toe Talent at FHI, where responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, safety initiatives, and process improvement efforts. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Human Resources & Safety and Director of Process Improvement at FHI, as well as Senior Engagement Manager at Workday and People Operations & Analytics Manager at North Highland. Jamie's career also includes significant experience at Morgan Stanley in various HR roles, including HR Director and Head of Onboarding for the Americas, focusing on employee relations, onboarding processes, and compliance. Jamie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Georgia College & State University.
