Courtney Milliken

Courtney Milliken, MBA, currently serves as the Correspondent Services Manager at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati, overseeing all daily wire activity, ACH processing, and core banking operations while managing a team. With a strong background in funds transfer supervision, Courtney has advanced through various roles including Funds Transfer Lead and Senior Funds Transfer Clerk, gaining extensive experience in transaction processing and risk management. Prior experience includes serving as a Community Ambassador at The Ohio State University, where Courtney engaged with off-campus students and organized large-scale events, and a Seasonal Cast Member at The Walt Disney Company, focusing on customer service. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from Thomas More University.
