David then joined FDS National Bank as the Chief Financial Officer, a position they held until 1999. In 1999, they joined the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati as a Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer.
David Eastland completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1979 to 1984. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance at The University of Memphis from 1984 to 1986.

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (FHLB) is a regional wholesale bank providing housing finance and economic development products and services to more than 600 member institutions located in the Fifth FHLB District of Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee. The FHLB System, including 11 district banks and over 6,000 members, was chartered in 1932 by the U.S. Congress to provide liquidity and other funding for housing finance. The FHLB is wholly owned by its member institution stockholders and does not use taxpayer dollars.
