David Komberec

David Komberec, CFA, currently serves as the Director of Fixed Income at American Family Mutual Insurance Company S.I. since May 2017. In addition, David holds the position of Mortgage Portfolio Officer at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati, responsible for managing the market risk profile of a 100+ billion balance sheet and leading a team focused on investing and trading mortgage-backed securities and residential whole loan portfolios. David's previous experience includes managing a multi-sector bond fund at Taplin, Canida, and Habacht L.L.C., and serving as a Senior Portfolio Manager at BMO Harris Bank, where responsibilities included leading multiple funds and conducting relative value analyses. David began a career in treasury management at BMO Harris Bank/M&I Marshall & Ilsley Bank. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
