Holly Laiveling

Holly Laiveling has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Holly is currently working as the Vice President, Assistant Chief Information Officer at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati, where they lead the Software Engineering/ Architecture Department and the Technical Services Department. Previously, they held the position of Vice President, Software Engineering at the same company.

Before their current role, Holly worked at 84.51° as the Director of Software Engineering, where they managed large teams of software engineers and collaborated with product/business to align technical needs. Holly also served as a Lead Software Engineer at the company, where they demonstrated expertise in various technologies and played a crucial role in product delivery.

Holly's previous experience includes working as an Assistant Varsity Soccer Coach and Freshman Soccer Coach at Seton High School, a Senior Software Engineer at dunnhumby, an Application Developer at DNA Diagnostics Center, and as the Owner of Holly Laiveling Web Development, LLC. Holly also worked as a Coach/Trainer at Kings Soccer Academy and served as an ODP Staff Coach at the Kentucky Youth Soccer Association.

Holly Laiveling has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science from The College of Wooster, which they obtained from 1989 to 1993. Holly later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Xavier University, which they completed from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, Holly has obtained several certifications, including "Ethics in the Age of Generative AI," "Generative AI: The Evolution of Thoughtful Online Search," "Introduction to Artificial Intelligence," "Streamlining Your Work with Microsoft Bing Chat," and "What Is Generative AI?" from LinkedIn in July 2023. Holly also holds the certification of "ITIL Foundation Level" from PeopleCert in June 2022, "Basic Proficiency in KNIME Analytics Platform" from KNIME in March 2022, "Celonis Foundations" and "Review and Interpret Analyses" from Celonis in January 2022. Prior to these certifications, they obtained the "Rising Tech Star Award 2019" from comSpark in October 2019 and the "PSM 1" certification from Scrum.org in May 2018.
