Tessa Richards

Tessa Richards is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial systems and business process optimization. Currently serving as a Business Process Optimization Analyst at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati since April 2019, Tessa previously held positions at Fifth Third Bank as a Financial Systems Lead Analyst and Treasury Analyst from January 2012 to March 2019, focusing on data management and process improvements in the Treasury Department.
