Andre Mais

Andre Mais has over two decades of experience in application development and IT, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Application Development at FHLBanks Office of Finance since June 2008. Prior roles at FHLBanks include Application Development Manager, Application Development Supervisor, Senior Software Development Analyst, and Software Development Analyst. Previous experience includes working as an IT Practitioner at IBM Global Services, where enhancements were made to FEMA systems, and as a Developer at Fannie Mae, where Andre contributed to the development of the web-based Fannie Mae Auction System Technology. Early in the career, Andre worked as a Product Master at Credit Suisse, supporting trading desks. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Information Technology from Marymount University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from Stony Brook University.
