Chris Harper

Chris Harper has a diverse work experience. Chris started their career in 1996 at Sallie Mae, where they served as the Managing Director of Treasury Operations. In this role, they were responsible for implementing cash management techniques and creating plans and policies for treasury operations. Chris also supervised a team of eight analysts and supervisors. In 2011, Chris joined the FHLBanks Office of Finance as the Director of Operations. Chris managed various aspects of settling, transferring, and servicing financial obligations, as well as maintained compliance with reporting obligations and records management program policies.

Chris Harper attended Virginia Tech from 1988 to 1993. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
