Kyle Lynch

Kyle Lynch is a Capital Markets Strategist at the FHLBanks Office of Finance, specializing in fixed-income research, project management, and investor relations, and representing the FHLBank System on the Federal Reserve's Alternative Reference Rate Committee. Previously, as Director of Membership at the American Bankers Association, Kyle managed relationships with bank CEOs. Kyle's extensive experience at Fannie Mae includes key roles such as Director of MBS Policy and Capital Markets, where responsibilities included managing structured mortgage-backed securities with significant issuance and outstanding values, as well as expanding the investor base for agency CMBS. Kyle began a career in finance at Home Federal Bank as an Analyst and Compliance Officer. Educational credentials include an MBA from Georgetown University, a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Chemistry from the University of Tennessee, and completion of Level I of the CFA Program, along with a Corporate Valuation Executive Education Certificate from Harvard University.
