Wei Cai

Wei Cai is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in the field of cybersecurity and information assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Security Engineer at the FHLBanks Office of Finance since July 2022, Wei previously worked as a Security Engineer at SAIC from March 2015 to July 2022, focusing on enterprise security solution architecture and deployment. Wei's earlier career includes positions as Cyber Security Manager at the Government Accountability Office, IA Engineer/Lead at the National Archives II College Park MD, and a Network Engineer at UMUC.
