Ranya Nehmeh

Ranya Nehmeh is an experienced human resources professional and educator currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at FHWien der WKW, where a new module on Leadership in the New World of Work was designed for the HR Master’s Program. Ranya holds the position of Senior HR Solutions Expert at the European Central Bank since March 2023. Previously, Ranya spent nearly 18 years at The OPEC Fund for International Development, holding various roles including Head of HR Policies & Development and participating in significant strategic missions. Other experience includes positions at Three., Bite Communications, PwC, and UNRWA. Ranya's educational background includes an MSc in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Doctorate in Business Administration from SMC University, and a Bachelor's degree from Westminster Business School.
