Kevin Starkey

Kevin Starkey has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Customer Success Agent for Fi since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Apple from 2014 to 2022, holding various roles including Genius, Applecare Advisor, Technical Expert, and Technical Specialist. Before joining Apple, they worked at Gallo Sales Company as a Senior Merchandiser from 2007 to 2015.

Kevin Starkey has an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science from Modesto Junior College. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications from Apple. These certifications include Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT), Apple Certified Associate - Mac Integration 10.11, Apple Certified Portable Technician (ACPT), Macintosh OS Certification, Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), and Small Device Certification. The ACMT certification was obtained in June 2018, the Mac Integration certification and ACPT certification were obtained in July 2016, and the remaining certifications (Macintosh OS Certification, ACSP, and Small Device Certification) were obtained in February 2014.
