Dubravka Martinović

Dubravka Martinović is a seasoned sports psychologist and performance enhancement coach, serving as the founder and CEO of Melior ID since September 2019. With extensive experience across various organizations, Martinović is an associate sports psychologist for the International Wheelchair Basketball Federation (IWBF) and FIBA, contributing to educational seminars and major basketball events focused on mental preparation, team building, and performance analysis. Additional roles include providing psychological support for Volleyball Club "Umag," conducting freelance consultations, and holding a previous position as an associate professor at the Faculty of Kinesiology, University of Zagreb. Martinović holds a master’s degree in psychology and professional specialization in sports psychology from the University of Ljubljana and an associate's degree in basketball coaching from the University of Zagreb.
