Paras Gupta

Paras Gupta is currently the Manager of Risk at Fibe, where they document new business policies, coordinate with tech teams, and conduct risk analysis. Previously, Paras served as Deputy Manager of Risk at Bajaj Markets, where they authored and optimized business rules. They also held positions as Assistant Credit Manager at Kotak Life and Assistant Manager at Indian School Finance Company, contributing to credit risk management and analytics. Paras earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Dr. MPS College.
