Rutuja Kardile

Rutuja Kardile started their work experience in data science and analytics as a Data Science and Analytics Intern at The Sparks Foundation in September 2020. Rutuja then moved on to the role of Data Science Intern at Widhya in January 2021. From October 2021 to December 2022, they worked as an Associate Data Scientist at Gramener. Currently, Rutuja is working as a Data Scientist at Fibe.India (formerly EarlySalary) starting from December 2022.

Rutuja Kardile completed their education at Ahmednagar Jilha Maratha Vidya Prasarak Samaj's New Arts, Commerce & Science College in Ahmednagar, India. From 2015 to 2018, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Statistics. Following this, from 2018 to 2020, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Statistics. Additionally, Rutuja Kardile has acquired several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. Rutuja completed "Introduction to Data Science in Python" and "Python Basics" courses from Coursera in August and September 2020, respectively. Rutuja also completed a course on "Machine Learning Foundations: A Case Study Approach" from Coursera in August 2020. Furthermore, they completed "Decision Trees, Random Forests, AdaBoost &XGBoost in python" and "Python Programming for Beginners in Data Science" courses from Udemy in July and June 2020, respectively. Rutuja Kardile was awarded the third prize in a State level Big Data Analytics Championship in January 2020, organized by their college. Most recently, in September 2021, they obtained the "Azure Data Scientist Associate" certification from Microsoft. Moreover, they have achieved the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate" certification in September 2022, also from Microsoft.
