Rita Domenech

Rita Domenech currently serves as Legal Counsel at the Copyright Committee for FIBEP and as Legal Manager at Opoint, both positions held since 2024. Rita has extensive experience in legal affairs, having previously worked as Senior Legal Counsel at Danske Bank and Legal Counsel at Copyright Agent. Rita's earlier roles include Director of Legal Affairs at LEGÁLITAS and Bufet Condal, Head of the Litigation Department at Carbray International, and In-House Counsel at ODECO ELECTRONICA, S.A. and FRANCHISING IBERICO TECNOCASA, SA. Rita began the legal career as a Junior Lawyer at MULLERAT ABOGADOS. Rita holds a PhD candidacy in Law from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, along with an LLM in International Law and a Business Advisors & Law Degree from Universitat Internacional de Catalunya.
