Kelly Barker has over 15 years of experience in business development and sales management. Currently serving as a Business Development professional at Fiber Optic Center since May 2015, Kelly previously held the position of Regional Sales Manager for the East Coast at PennWell from October 2010 to May 2015. Earlier experience includes working as a Negotiator at New Beginning RE Investments from January 2009 to May 2011 and as Sales & Marketing Manager and Office Manager at Military Art from November 1997 to April 2006. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Marketing and Management, along with a Minor in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, completed in 1997.
