Charles Gilliland

Charles Gilliland has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Charles currently serves as the National Sales Director at Fiber Staffing since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at The Delta Companies for over a decade, starting as a Sr Principal Consultant in November 2009 and leaving in August 2020.

Before joining The Delta Companies, Charles worked at AMN Healthcare from September 2008 to October 2009 as a Territory Sales Consultant. Charles achieved significant sales success, including generating $400K in sales for Staffcare and $1.2M in revenue for Med Travelers. Charles also qualified for a senior promotion within five months.

From November 2005 to May 2008, Charles worked at Capital One Auto Finance as a Relationship Manager. During their tenure, they successfully leveraged their sales and credit skills to generate over $50MM in loan originations.

Prior to that, Charles worked at The Dallas Morning News as an Account Manager from 2003 to 2005, where they were responsible for managing and closing 45 retail accounts in the North Dallas and Farmers Branch areas.

Charles also has experience as a Sales Manager/Director at Cydcor from October 2000 to November 2002. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations at one location, they provided consultations to locations in Richmond, VA, and Washington D.C. from their base in Texas.

Charles Gilliland attended William & Mary from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Charles'sfield of study focused on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
