Since founding Wegman Capital in December 2012, Wegman has overseen a diverse portfolio comprising six distinct operating firms that serve various sectors such as technology, healthcare, finance, and legal recruitment. With foundational experience as a search consultant at MPS Group from 2000 to 2004 and a degree in Business Management from Texas Tech University, Wegman has established a significant presence in the national recruitment landscape, with offices across multiple cities in the United States.
