Randall Carter

Randall Carter is a seasoned professional in the construction industry with a strong background in project management and operations. Currently serving as the Project Manager for the West Region at Fibergrate Composite Structures, Randall has a history of leadership as the Director of Operations at Texas Building Products from October 2003 to October 2008.
