James Reese

James Reese is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in outside plant (OSP) network design, management, and operations. Currently serving as the Director of OSP at FiberLight, LLC since August 2021, James oversees OSP network layout and resolves complex right-of-way issues. Prior roles include Fiber Infrastructure Manager at Nextlink Internet & Voice, Director of Field Operations at FiberLight, and Director of Operations at tw telecom, where James significantly improved productivity and financial outcomes. With a career spanning over four decades, James has also held supervisory positions at multiple telecommunications companies, effectively managing teams and operational responsibilities across various regions in Texas.
