Richard Keele

Richard Keele is an experienced professional in telecommunications and construction project management, currently serving as the Regional Director and Head of OSP Construction for the Rocky Mountain Region at Zayo Group since July 2012. In this role, Richard specializes in large-scale Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and small cell project management, as well as long-haul and metro engineering and construction. Prior to Zayo Group, Richard held the position of OSP Project Manager at AboveNet from March 2004 to July 2012 and served as Project Manager for Dallas Operations, demonstrating expertise in fiber optic construction inspection, project management, and feasibility engineering/design during an earlier tenure as a Field Engineer/Project Manager at Power Engineers from July 1998 to April 2000. Richard Keele studied at Oklahoma State University from 1991 to 1992.
