Charlie Lilly

Charlie Lilly has extensive experience in warehouse and production management, currently serving as the Warehouse Manager for Plant 1 and Plant 2 at Fiberon Decking since November 2013. At Fiberon, Charlie has successfully implemented lean manufacturing techniques and a recycled trash program, resulting in over six figures in annual cost reductions. Prior to Fiberon, Charlie worked as a Shift Manager at IAC Group from 2011 to 2013, achieving an annualized cost savings of $500,000 through various Kaizen events and process improvements. Charlie also served as a Production Manager at Palm Harbor Homes from 2007 to 2010, overseeing a team of 160 employees in a fast-paced environment.
