Paul Recko

Paul Recko has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paul started their career as a Group Product Manager at Rubbermaid Commercial Products in 2001 and eventually became the Director of Product Marketing, responsible for a $186MM global business with 8 direct reports. In 2007, Paul joined Trex Company as a Senior Product Manager, where they were responsible for the growth and development of the railing product category. Later, they became the Managing Director of International Business Development and played a key role in the development and execution of international business strategy. In 2012, Paul joined VERMOP USA Inc. as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, where they successfully managed the start-up and ongoing operation of the new U.S. subsidiary. In 2013, they joined Mabey Inc. as a Sr Marketing Manager, before moving on to Fiber Composites LLC - dba Fiberon in 2014. At Fiberon, Paul held the roles of Director of Product Marketing and Director of Product & Program Marketing, contributing to the company's success in the marketing and program development areas.

Paul Recko has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Paul'sfield of study was Business Administration and Management, General. Paul also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Massachusetts. Additionally, Paul attended Auburn High School in Auburn, Massachusetts.
