Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Fibersmith since March 2025, Andrew is pivotal in developing the innovative Vision platform to address operational challenges faced by service providers. Prior to this role, Andrew excelled as Senior Vice President of North America Sales at DZS, where a revamped regional sales organization achieved significant growth. Andrew's career includes key positions such as Chief Customer Officer - Americas at NetComm and VP Sales – Telco & Webscale, leveraging a deep understanding of customer needs to drive market expansion. Previous experiences include impactful roles at NETSCOUT, Calix, Integral Access, and Marconi, with a strong educational foundation in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
