Prior experience at DuPont from 1997 to 2018 included positions such as Sales and Marketing Manager for Critical Cleaning, Automotive, and Footwear, where responsibilities encompassed commercial strategies for wipes and the automotive market. Nivea also developed the biodiesel catalyst market and managed significant customer relationships in the sugar and ethanol sectors. Educational background includes a degree in Agronomy from Escola Superior de Agricultura Luiz de Queiroz and a specialization in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Control Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
