Kim Høgild Nørgaard

Kim Høgild Nørgaard has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Kim has worked at Fibertex Personal Care Group since 2014, starting as a Sales Manager and later becoming the Sales Director. In this role, they were responsible for sales of nonwovens to international converters within the hygiene industry in the EMEA region. Prior to this, Kim worked at Aalborg Universitet as a Censor. Kim also worked at Aalborg Energie Technik a/s as a Sales and Business Development professional. Before that, they held the position of Senior Business Manager and Interim Head of Offshore Development at Vestas Offshore A/S, where they gained extensive experience in business development, sales and marketing, and new product development. Kim also has experience as a Business Development Consultant at Grundfos A/S. Kim began their career as a First lieutenant at Jydske Dragonregiment, 1. Battalion.

Kim Høgild Nørgaard attended Løjtnantsskolen from 2001 to 2002. In 2003, they enrolled at Aalborg University and completed their Master of Science degree in International Management of Technology in 2008. In 2017, Kim attended IMD for the Orchestrating Winning Performance program.
