Jorge Pigeon

Jorge Pigeon is currently the VP of Capital Markets & Investor Relations at Fibra Uno. Prior to this, they were the MD Head Equity Capital Markets Mexico at Banco Santander from January 2007 to December 2013. Before that, Jorge was the Executive Director at BBVA from January 2005 to December 2007 where they worked on the origination and execution of M&A and Capital Markets transactions. Jorge has also worked as the Vice President Fixed Income at BBVA in the USA from January 2002 to December 2005, where they were responsible for origination and execution of Fixed Income transactions in LatAm, with a focus on Brazil. Jorge has also worked as a Vice President at Violy Byorum & Partners from January 1998 to December 2002, where they were responsible for strategic and financial advisory, M&A, and Private Equity. Jorge started their career as an Associate at James Capel from January 1993 to December 1998.

Jorge Pigeon studied civil engineering at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Ciudad de México. Jorge then pursued a career in investment banking and finance, completing a diploma in accounting and finance at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. Jorge also attended the Modern American School.
