Yan Wang

Yan Wang has over 28 years of work experience as an electrical engineer and project manager. Yan currently holds the position of Senior Electrical/Control Engineer and Project Manager at Fibracast Ltd., where they lead electrical and control project execution activities and develops solutions for wastewater treatment membrane systems. Prior to this, Yan worked as an Electrical Engineer at Max Aicher (North America) and held the role of Engineering Project Manager/Engineer at GE Power and Water. During their time at GE, they created a new streamlined program to support water treatment plants and enhanced the existing control network. Yan also worked as an Electrical Engineer and Control Programmer at GE Water & Process Technologies, where they achieved successful bids for proposals and delivered control programs for water treatment projects. Yan started their career as a Field Service Engineer at Serdak Automation and later worked as a Technical Support and Field Engineer at Rockwell Automation. Yan's early experience includes working as an Electrical Engineer at Tianjin Research Institute of Electrical and Drive, where they successfully built electrical control systems for Iron and steel plants. Throughout their career, Yan has demonstrated strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Yan Wang attended Hunan University from 1987 to 1991, where they pursued a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree with a specialization in Automation Control.
