Mikela Boesten

Mikela Boesten currently serves as a Business Partner for People & Culture at Fibrant, a position held since July 2019, focusing on the development of the organization alongside colleagues and management teams. Previously, Mikela has held roles such as Junior Business Partner People & Culture and Project Support Officer within Fibrant's PMO team, which established a project management office in early 2020. Mikela also contributed to the Vibrant World project during an eight-month tenure as a Chemelot Trainee in the People & Culture team. Prior experience includes participation in the Chemelot Trainee Program and a role at Sitech Services BV, where Mikela concentrated on talent management in the Maintenance Business Unit. Mikela's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Human Decision Science and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Maastricht University, complemented by international study at the Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.
