Tricia Stewart

Tricia Stewart has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles in human resources and people management. Tricia is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at FibroGen, Inc., where they are responsible for leading a team of 600 employees in the US and China in the development and commercialization of therapeutics. Prior to this role, Tricia worked at Genentech, where they served as the Head of People & Culture for the US Commercial Operations, overseeing a team of 4,000 commercial employees. Tricia also worked at Roche, where they held multiple VP positions in global human resources, driving HR value creation and enabling transformational change within the organization. Before joining Roche, Tricia held leadership positions at Crown World Mobility, International Paper, and Coldwell Banker, where they gained extensive experience in HR strategy, mobility, and talent management. Tricia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in driving business outcomes, promoting diversity and inclusion, and fostering employee wellbeing and resilience.

Tricia Stewart completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics / International Business from Fairfield University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. In addition, they attended Regent's College in London, UK in 1988, where they earned another Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business.

Tricia has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2020, they completed the courses "Bill George on Self-Awareness, Authenticity, and Leadership" and "Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant on Option B: Building Resilience" from LinkedIn. In 2019, they obtained a certification in "Transformational Leadership" from LinkedIn.
