Nina Collosi has extensive experience in administrative and sales support roles across various industries. Currently serving as an Executive Administrative Assistant at FICCADENTI WAGGONER and CASTLE Structural Engineers since May 2017, responsibilities include managing the Principal’s email correspondence and maintaining a deadline alert system. Previously, Nina held the position of Executive Assistant at Bond Manufacturing, supporting two Sales Managers in a leading outdoor living manufacturing company. As a Sales and Marketing Analyst at Keep Cool USA, Nina managed projects and provided sales support for a company focused on green consumer products. Earlier experience includes a long tenure at Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, where administrative and marketing support was provided to the Vice President of the Foodservice Division and multiple Regional Managers.
