Kriti Shroff

Kriti Shroff currently serves as the Sr. Vice Chairperson and Vice Chair at FICCI FLO, contributing to various leadership roles since April 2021, including Head of the Startup Cell for the Kanpur Chapter. Kriti is also the Founder and Education and Career Consultant at careerswitkriti, a career counseling center established in October 2015 in Kanpur, aimed at guiding students and professionals through educational and career decisions. Previous positions include a Career and Education Counselor at GD Goenka Public School from October 2017 to March 2023, and involvement in career services at HeadHonchos from February 2012 to March 2017. Kriti's early career includes roles at PT Education, Vodafone, and Wipro Technologies, alongside freelance content development work. Educational qualifications comprise a Global Career Counseling Certification from UCLA Extension, a PGDBM in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from SGSITS, Indore.
