Kimberly (Johnson) Howells is the founder of the FL Institute of CFOs (fiCFO) and CFO Exchange Group (CFOx). Since August 2008, Kimberly has led fiCFO, a member-driven think tank for CFOs aimed at fostering a secure community for professional relationships and sharing insights among CFOs of major Florida companies. In November 2011, Kimberly established CFOx, which serves finance leaders of small to mid-sized companies in the Greater Tampa Bay area, facilitating a collaborative environment for exchanging ideas, best practices, and experiences.
