Raghu Menon

Raghu Menon has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles in the energy and engineering sectors. Raghu is currently the Managing Director & CEO at Fichtner Consulting Engineers (India) Pvt. Ltd. Prior to this, they served as the Head of International Business at Adani Group, where they focused on developing renewables and served as a Business Consultant to JASH Energy. Before that, Raghu Menon was the Chief Executive Officer of Power Solutions and later Cogeneration at Sterling and Wilson, where they focused on global power plant and energy storage businesses. Raghu also worked as the Director of Aereon India, where they focused on the Indian market and supported global operations in the oil and gas industry. Raghu Menon's earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at UOP Callidus India (Honeywell), where they were responsible for P&L, market growth, M&A opportunities, and project operations.
