Andrea Jordan is an experienced professional in the field of energy technology and environmental compliance, currently serving as Team Leader for Technical Due Diligence and Technology Assessments at Fichtner Consulting Engineers Ltd since September 2015. With a strong background in gasification, pyrolysis, and energy from waste systems, Andrea has held various roles including Senior Consultant and Associate Senior Consultant, focusing on technical assessments and reviews. Prior experience includes a tenure as Innovative Engineering & Research Manager at ITI NRG Ltd, where Andrea led feasibility studies and research on gasification systems. As a postgraduate researcher at Newcastle University, Andrea developed gasification technologies for biomass conversion. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Newcastle University and a Master's degree with distinction in Clean Technology.
