Varadaraj R R has extensive experience in the engineering field, with a focus on design. VARADARAJ started their career in 2006 at IDEA Consulting Engineers, where they worked as a Senior Design Engineer until 2009. VARADARAJ then joined Fichtner Consulting Engineers Ltd as a Senior Design Engineer in November 2009 and held this position until June 2012. In July 2014, they were promoted to Chief Engineer at Fichtner Consulting Engineers Ltd.

Varadaraj R R completed their Diploma in Civil Engineering from the State Board of Technical Education and Training from 1995 to 1998. VARADARAJ then pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Civil Engineering from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences from 1998 to 2001. Finally, Varadaraj obtained their Master's degree in Environmental Management from Anna University, where they studied from 2002 to 2005.
