Dr. Audrius Ilgevicius

Dr. Audrius Ilgevicius is an experienced professional in the fields of electrical engineering and project management, currently serving as a Consultant and Project Manager at Fichtner since September 2021, focusing on T&D and HVDC VSC solutions. Prior to this role, Dr. Ilgevicius spent a decade at Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen, where responsibilities included automation and project management across various technology management projects, particularly in sensors and diagnostics for high-voltage equipment and digitalization initiatives for power utilities. Dr. Ilgevicius also held the position of Managing Director at Varikonta and has academic experience as an Associate Professor at VILNIUS TECH, contributing to the faculty of electronics. Educational credentials include a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Bundeswehr University Munich and multiple degrees in electrical engineering and renewable energies from esteemed institutions in Lithuania and Germany.
