Jelena Mikic

Jelena Mikic is an experienced communications and visibility consultant with a robust background in public relations, crisis management, and business development. Currently serving as the Director at Represent Academy since January 2021, Jelena has also held numerous consulting positions for various projects related to energy efficiency and promotion of renewable energy across the Western Balkans. With expertise in institutional communication and outreach, Jelena has been involved with the European Centre for Representative Democracy as an Associated Expert since May 2022 and has lectured at the London School of Public Relations since June 2020. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from the University of Belgrade, along with studies at Georgetown University and the London School of Public Relations. Jelena is currently pursuing a PhD in Business/Managerial Economics at Fimek. With a career spanning over 17 years, key accomplishments include establishing functional offices in multiple Balkan cities and leading successful communications campaigns for international organizations.
