Slaviša Samardžić

Slaviša Samardžić is an experienced project manager and consulting engineer specializing in hydropower and civil engineering. Currently employed at Fichtner since December 2019, Slaviša has a diverse background that includes roles such as design manager at Webuild and structural engineer at Statkraft. Slaviša's expertise encompasses flood risk management and structural design, having led significant projects such as the Tocoma dam in Venezuela and rehabilitation of the Zvornik Hydro Power Plant in Serbia. With a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Belgrade and extensive experience across various international projects, Slaviša has consistently contributed to the development of vital infrastructure and energy systems.
